About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Entegrators (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the ConvertE Android application. ConvertE is intended for users aged 13 and over and does not require or provide user accounts. Because there are no accounts, most app content and preferences are associated only with the copy of ConvertE installed on your device.
Information stored on your device
ConvertE stores preferences, language, theme, favorites, calculator history, currency alerts, cached currency rates, widget settings, and health calculator inputs locally on your device. Calculator, conversion, ovulation, body metric, and QR content is not uploaded to an Entegrators backend.
You can delete local app data from Settings. You can also export and import local data as a JSON backup. Exported backup files remain under your control, including where you store or share them and when you delete them.
Google Analytics for Firebase
Analytics collection begins only after you provide explicit consent inside ConvertE. You can enable or disable Usage Analyticsat any time from Settings. We use Analytics to understand general feature usage and improve the app.
Analytics may process app interactions, device and app information, and Firebase installation identifiers. We do not intentionally include sensitive calculator inputs, QR contents, health inputs, currency alert values, or calculation results in Analytics events. Event-level Analytics retention is configured to 14 months.

Firebase Crashlytics
ConvertE uses Firebase Crashlytics for crash reporting, stability monitoring, and diagnostics. Crashlytics may process stack traces, relevant application state, device metadata, Firebase or Crashlytics installation identifiers, and other diagnostic information. This data should not be understood as necessarily anonymous.
We do not intentionally attach calculator entries, QR contents, health inputs, names, email addresses, or user IDs to crash reports. Firebase retains applicable Crashlytics information according to its current retention policies. As of this policy’s effective date, Firebase states that crash stack traces, extracted minidump data, and associated identifiers are kept for 90 days before the removal process begins from live and backup systems. Currency-rate requests
ConvertE requests exchange-rate information from open.er-api.com using an address in the form https://open.er-api.com/v6/latest/{base}. The request includes your selected base currency. Normal network metadata, such as your IP address, may be processed by the API provider or network infrastructure when the request is made.
Entegrators does not operate this currency API. Currency rates may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and are estimates only.
QR Code feature
Camera permission is requested only when you start camera scanning. Imported images are selected through the Android system picker. Camera frames and selected images are processed locally for QR recognition, and QR text is not uploaded to an Entegrators server.
Generated or scanned QR content may appear in local history until you delete it. Saved or shared QR images are created only following an action you take.
Notifications and permissions
Notification permission is requested only when you create or enable a currency alert. Notifications are used for alerts you configure and are not promotional notifications. Camera and notification permissions can be reviewed or revoked through Android system settings.
Widgets
Currency and ovulation widgets read locally stored app settings. Widget calculations and displayed values remain on your device, except for the currency-rate network request described above.
Health information and estimates
ConvertE includes BMI, BMR, ovulation, fertile-window, and related estimation tools. Health inputs and results are stored locally unless included in a backup you create.
These tools provide informational estimates only. ConvertE is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Ovulation and fertile-window estimates must not be used as contraception or as medical guidance. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for advice suited to your circumstances.
Financial information and estimates
Currency, loan, savings, tax, discount, tip, and other financial calculations are estimates. ConvertE does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice. Independently verify important calculations and rates before relying on them.
Advertising
The current closed-testing build does not display advertising. A future ad-supported release may introduce advertising and related consent controls. We will update this policy before that processing begins; this statement is not a promise that ConvertE will never contain ads.
Children’s privacy
ConvertE is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and Entegrators does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information through a service used by ConvertE, contact us so we can review the concern.
Your choices and deletion
- Enable or disable Usage Analytics from ConvertE Settings.
- Delete locally stored app data through Settings → Delete local data.
- Clear individual entries or the complete calculation history.
- Revoke camera and notification permissions through Android system settings.
- Delete exported JSON backup files using your device’s file manager.
- Contact support@entegrators.com with privacy questions.
Removing the app may remove app-managed local data, subject to Android behavior and any backup files you created separately.
International processing and privacy rights
Firebase and other service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Their facilities, systems, and legal protections may differ by location.
Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection concerning personal information processed about you. Many ConvertE inputs exist only on your device, so Entegrators may not possess or be able to identify them. Contact us to make a privacy request. We may request information needed to verify your identity when legally necessary before responding.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as ConvertE, its service providers, or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of the page will change when a revised policy is published. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate.
