Calculators Privacy Policy

1. Introduction and who we are

Entegrators publishes Calculators, an Android app identified by package com.entegrators.calculators. This policy describes version 1.0.0. The app is free, with no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, accounts, or sign-in.

Calculators includes basic and scientific calculators, unit converters for length, weight/mass, temperature, volume, area, speed, data storage, energy, and angle, plus discount, profit/loss, and EMI loan calculators, history, favourites, and settings.

2. Information we do not collect

The app never asks for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, or precise location. It has no camera, microphone, location, storage, or contacts permissions. The Android Advertising ID is not collected; its collection is disabled in the app.

Calculation expressions, results, amounts, history, and anything you type are not included in analytics events and are not uploaded to Entegrators or anyone else.

3. Information stored on your device

Calculations, history, memory value, favourites, tool inputs, and settings are stored only on your device. None of this content is uploaded. Device backup is disabled by the app’s allowBackup=false setting.

You can clear calculation history within the app. To remove all app-managed local data, clear the app’s data in Android Settings or uninstall it.

4. Google Analytics for Firebase

Calculators uses Google Analytics for Firebase, provided by Google, to collect usage analytics. It may collect:

• App interactions: screens viewed, tools opened, the fact that a calculation was completed, onboarding completion, and sessions.
• Device or other identifiers: the Firebase app-instance ID. Android Advertising ID collection is disabled.
• Approximate location: country or region derived by Google from a masked IP address. This is not GPS or precise location.

Recording that a calculation was completed does not include the expression, result, amount, or other content entered. Analytics is used only to understand feature usage and improve the app, not for advertising, profiling, or personalization. This information is not sold.

Analytics is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. Retention follows the Google Analytics retention setting for the Entegrators property. Read the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

5. How we use information

Local data supports calculations, history, memory, favourites, and settings. Google Analytics usage information helps Entegrators understand which features are used and improve the app.

The app uses vibrate permission for key haptics. Internet and network-state access are used only by Firebase Analytics. These permissions do not give the app access to your contacts, photos, files, or precise location.

6. Sharing and legal requests

The app shares the usage information described above only with Google as our analytics service provider. We do not sell that information. Locally stored calculations and tool inputs are not shared.

If a valid legal request requires disclosure, we may disclose information we actually hold as required by applicable law. This does not give Entegrators access to calculation content that exists only on your device.

7. Data retention and deletion

You control on-device data. Clear history within the app, or clear the app’s data or uninstall it to remove its locally stored data. Analytics information is retained according to the Entegrators Google Analytics property’s retention configuration.

Send analytics deletion requests to support@entegrators.com. Clearing local data does not automatically delete analytics already transmitted to Google. Because the app has no accounts, an email address alone may not identify records associated with a particular installation.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on applicable law and your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information, or request a portable copy. Send requests to support@entegrators.com. We will review requests under applicable law and may ask for information reasonably needed to identify the relevant data or verify a request. Entegrators cannot provide calculation data that it does not hold.

9. Children’s privacy

Calculators is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children’s personal information. Contact support@entegrators.com if you believe a child’s information has been collected so we can review the concern.

10. Security

Calculation content and settings stay on your device, device backup is disabled, and transmitted analytics uses HTTPS/TLS encryption. We use reasonable safeguards, but no device, storage system, or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app or its practices change. Revised versions will be published at this URL with updated effective and last-updated dates.
