Calculators Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of terms

These terms apply to Calculators, version 1.0.0, package com.entegrators.calculators, published by Entegrators. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using it. The app is free and has no ads, in-app purchases, subscriptions, accounts, or sign-in.

2. Licence to use the app

Subject to these terms, Entegrators grants you a limited, personal, non-commercial, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable licence to install and use Calculators on compatible Android devices.

3. Accuracy and results disclaimer

Calculations, conversions, and EMI loan estimates are for general information only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or engineering advice. Floating-point rounding can occur. Data storage conversions use binary units: 1 KB = 1024 bytes.

You are responsible for entering appropriate values and independently verifying important results before relying on them. We do not guarantee that a result is accurate or suitable for a particular decision.

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the app, interfere with its security or operation, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it for unlawful purposes or in violation of others’ rights. Do not reverse engineer the app except to the extent permitted by applicable local law.

5. Intellectual property

Entegrators owns the app and its original design and branding. Third-party components remain subject to their respective rights and licences. The licence above grants use of the app and does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property.

6. Third-party services

Google Play and Google Analytics for Firebase operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Firebase processes the limited usage information described in the Privacy Policy. These services may change or experience interruptions outside Entegrators’ control.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Calculators is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, result accuracy, compatibility with every device, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entegrators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, reliance on calculations or estimates, or loss of locally stored history or settings. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by applicable law.

9. Changes to the app and terms

Entegrators may update, change, suspend, or discontinue the app or features. We may revise these terms and publish them at this URL with updated effective and last-updated dates. Revised terms apply to subsequent use as permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

You may stop using Calculators at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence may be terminated if you materially breach these terms, subject to applicable law. Upon termination, stop using the app and remove your copies. Uninstalling removes app-managed local data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, subject to any mandatory protections or rights that apply under the laws of your place of residence and cannot lawfully be excluded.
