About this policy
Entegrators provides Image to PDF, the Android app identified by package com.entegrators.imagetopdf. The app converts images you select through Android’s photo picker or photos you take with its camera into PDF files. This policy explains how it handles your information.
No account or sign-in is required. For privacy questions, email support@entegrators.com.
On-device processing and data collection
All image-to-PDF processing happens on your device. The app does not upload images, photos, or PDFs to Entegrators servers or any third party.
The app does not collect crash reports, advertising identifiers, location, or contacts. It currently has no advertising or advertising SDK. Optional usage analytics are described below.
Usage analytics (optional)
Google Analytics for Firebase is optional and off until you tap Allow on a one-time in-app prompt. You can turn it on or off at any time in Settings → Usage analytics. Turning it off stops collection and resets analytics data stored on your device.
When you allow usage analytics, Google Analytics for Firebase (provided by Google LLC, as our service provider) receives:
- Screens viewed.
- App actions: conversion started, completed, failed, or cancelled; PDF opened, shared, renamed, or deleted; and settings changed.
- Counts and choices such as number of pages, PDF quality, page size, conversion duration, and file size.
- Device and app information, plus an app-instance identifier that Firebase collects automatically.
Images, photos, PDF contents, file names, and anything you type are never sent to analytics.
The advertising ID is not collected. Ad storage and ad personalisation are disabled.
We use analytics to understand usage and improve reliability. Analytics data is not sold or used for ads.

Information stored on your device
- Generated PDFs, held in the app’s private storage.
- A local list of recent PDFs, including file name, page count, date, and size.
- App settings: PDF quality, page size, orientation, auto crop, keep original images, theme, notifications, and language.
Photos taken with the in-app camera are temporary and deleted after conversion unless you enable Keep original images. When enabled, originals are saved to the device gallery folder Pictures/Image2PDF.
Permissions and device features
- Camera: used only to take a photo you choose to convert.
- Notifications: used for conversion progress and a “PDF ready” notification. You can turn these off in the app’s Settings or Android settings.
- Foreground service: keeps a conversion running when you leave the app.
- Photos: selected through Android’s system photo picker. The app sees only the images you select and does not receive access to your whole photo library.
You can review applicable permissions in Android settings. Declining a permission may prevent the feature that requires it from working.
Retention and deletion
You can delete any PDF within Image to PDF from Recent PDFs or See all. Uninstalling the app deletes its app-private PDFs, recent list, and settings.
Original photos saved to Pictures/Image2PDF and any copies you gave to another app are separate from app-private storage. Manage or delete those separately through your gallery, file manager, or the app you selected.
Entegrators holds no user data from this app to delete on its servers. You can still send questions or deletion requests to support@entegrators.com.
Security
Processing stays on your device, and app-owned PDFs, the recent list, and settings use Android app-private storage. Protect your device and review the destination before sharing files. No device or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Children’s privacy
Image to PDF is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 through the app.
Future advertising
If we introduce advertising in a future version, we will update this policy before that version is released.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app or its practices change. The effective date will change when a revised policy is published, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
Changes — November 2, 2026: Corrected the app package name and added optional Google Analytics for Firebase, including consent controls, collected information, and exclusions.
