Image to PDF – Terms of Use

Acceptance and licence

These terms apply to Image to PDF, package com.entegrators.imagetopdf, provided by Entegrators. By using the app, you agree to these terms. Subject to these terms, Entegrators grants you a non-exclusive licence to use the app on compatible Android devices for lawful personal and business document conversion. If you do not agree, stop using the app.

Rights to your images

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and consent necessary to use the images you import, photograph, convert, or share. Respect copyright, privacy, and the rights of others. You retain ownership of your images and generated documents; using the app does not transfer those rights to Entegrators.

Conversion and output

PDF results depend on the images you select, quality and page settings, available storage, and device capabilities. Review the resulting PDF before relying on it for an important purpose. Keep independent copies of important originals and documents. The app does not guarantee that output will suit every purpose or be accepted by every recipient or system.

Local storage and file sharing

Generated PDFs, the recent list, and settings are stored locally. Deleting a PDF or uninstalling the app can remove app-private documents. Photos you choose to retain in the gallery and copies shared with another app must be managed separately. Sharing or opening a document in another app is your choice and is subject to that app’s terms and privacy practices. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Appropriate use

Do not use the app to create, convert, store, or distribute illegal content or violate anyone’s rights. Do not interfere with the app’s operation or security, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer the app except to the extent expressly permitted by applicable law.

Free service and changes

Image to PDF is free. Entegrators may change, suspend, or discontinue features or the app. Continuous availability, compatibility with every device, and uninterrupted conversion are not guaranteed.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of error-free operation, suitability for a particular purpose, or preservation of every locally stored document. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entegrators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the app, including loss of local documents, conversion errors, or reliance on output that is unsuitable for a particular purpose. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the app changes. Revised terms will be published at this URL with a revised effective date. Continuing to use the app after an applicable update means the revised terms apply to that use.
