Using Namaze
These Terms of Use apply to Namaze, package com.entegrators.namaze, provided by Entegrators. By using Namaze, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app. You may use Namaze for lawful personal purposes on compatible Android devices.
Prayer-time estimates and religious guidance
Prayer times are calculated estimates affected by location, calculation method, fiqh preferences, and manual adjustments. Incorrect or outdated settings can affect the results.
Verify important observances with a trusted local mosque or qualified religious authority. Namaze does not issue religious rulings and does not guarantee astronomical or religious accuracy.
Qibla guidance
Qibla guidance depends on location accuracy, sensor calibration, magnetic interference, and device capabilities. Nearby metal, electronics, or an uncalibrated sensor may affect the direction shown. Check device calibration and independently verify important direction guidance.
Notifications and alarm limitations
Alarm and reminder delivery can be affected by permissions, battery restrictions, Do Not Disturb, device shutdown, operating-system behavior, and manufacturer settings. Delivery or exact timing is not guaranteed. You are responsible for reviewing permissions, notification settings, alarm volume, and device restrictions before relying on an alert.
Local data and exports
Settings and prayer history are stored privately on your device. Deleting local data or uninstalling can remove that information. If you use Export & Backup, manage the exported copies through the destination you select. Namaze does not provide an account system. The Privacy Policy explains optional analytics, local deletion, and provider-held information.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Namaze, interfere with its operation or security, distribute unauthorized copies, or use it in violation of applicable law or the rights of others. Keep your device settings and app preferences appropriate to your circumstances.
Intellectual property
Namaze’s original branding, interface, and application code are owned by or licensed to Entegrators. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses and rights. Your use of the app does not transfer ownership of your personal prayer records to Entegrators.
Third-party services
Google Firebase Analytics processes limited information only when you opt in as described in the Privacy Policy. An export destination you select operates under its own terms and privacy practices. Availability of third-party services and Android platform features may change.
Availability and warranties
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Namaze is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, prayer-time accuracy, Qibla accuracy, preservation of local records, or alarm delivery. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entegrators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Namaze, reliance on estimates or direction guidance, missed reminders, incorrect settings, device restrictions, or loss of local data. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by applicable law and preserves your statutory consumer rights.
Changes to the app and terms
Entegrators may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Namaze or a feature. We may revise these terms and publish them at this URL with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate. You may stop using the app at any time.
