Prayer Alert has no user accounts
Prayer Alert does not create user accounts, collect account email addresses, or provide cloud sync. Most Prayer Alert information is stored only in the application’s storage on your Android device.
Clear locally stored app data
On your Android device, open:
Settings → Apps → Prayer Alert → Storage & cache → Clear storage
Menu wording can vary by device. Clearing storage removes Prayer Alert’s locally stored preferences, alarm settings, coordinates, and human-readable location label. It returns the app to its initial state.
Uninstall Prayer Alert
Uninstalling Prayer Alert also removes its locally stored app data. Android or a device backup service may apply its own backup and restoration behavior; Entegrators does not control device-level backups.
Firebase analytics and diagnostic inquiries
Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics may hold app-instance analytics, identifiers, crash logs, and technical diagnostic information as described in the Privacy Policy. For a deletion inquiry, email support@entegrators.com.
Please provide only information useful for locating relevant diagnostics:
- The app name: Prayer Alert.
- App version, Android version, and device model.
- An approximate installation date or the date and time of a crash or error.
- Any non-sensitive diagnostic reference already supplied by Entegrators.
Do not send passwords, precise location, government identification, payment information, or other unnecessary sensitive data.
Limits on identifying Firebase data
Prayer Alert does not associate Firebase records with an account email address. Anonymous or app-instance data may not always be linkable to a specific individual, especially after the app is uninstalled or identifiers change. We will review a sufficiently detailed request, but we cannot promise that a particular Firebase record can be identified or separated from aggregate information. Provider retention and deletion processes also apply.
