Privacy Policy

Introduction and scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Entegrators (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use Prayer Alert, packagecom.entegrators.prayeralert. Prayer Alert is a free Android application for a general audience aged 13 and over. It has no account, login, cloud-sync feature, payment, subscription, or restricted content.

This policy applies to the Android application. These Prayer Alert web pages do not use cookies, analytics, advertising, third-party embeds, or page-specific tracking. Following an external link may subject you to the destination provider’s practices.

Information stored locally

Prayer Alert may store the following settings in Android app storage on your device:

• Follow-system theme preference, force-dark preference, and accent palette.
• Alarm enabled or disabled status and reminder lead time.
• Haptic feedback and keep-screen-on preferences.
• Prayer-time calculation method.
• Whether Fiqh override is enabled and the selected madhab or Fiqh preference.
• Latitude, longitude, and a short human-readable location label.

Prayer times are calculated on-device using these settings and the device timezone. Prayer Alert does not provide a user account or cloud sync.

Optional location access

Prayer Alert may request approximate and precise location permission only to determine coordinates used to calculate local prayer-time estimates. Location access is optional. You can decline the permission and enter latitude and longitude manually.

Coordinates and the human-readable location label are stored in Android app storage. They are not intentionally transmitted to Entegrators or included in Firebase Analytics events or Crashlytics custom data.

Android geocoding

When Prayer Alert converts coordinates into a readable city or location label, it uses Android’s system geocoder. Depending on your device and its configuration, the selected geocoding provider may process coordinates over a network. Entegrators does not operate the device’s geocoding provider and does not control that provider’s processing.

Firebase Analytics

Prayer Alert includes Google Firebase Analytics to understand general app usage and improve the product. Firebase Analytics may process app interactions and screen events, Firebase-generated app-instance or device identifiers, and general technical device and app information.

Prayer Alert’s intentionally logged analytics events do not include:

• Precise or approximate coordinates.
• Human-readable location labels.
• Prayer times.
• Calculation-method choices.
• Fiqh or madhab choices.
• User-entered coordinates or other typed content.

Firebase Crashlytics

Prayer Alert includes Google Firebase Crashlytics for stability monitoring and debugging. Crashlytics may process crash stack traces, non-fatal diagnostic errors, device model, operating-system version, app version, identifiers generated by Firebase, and other technical crash context automatically supplied by Firebase.

We do not intentionally add coordinates, location labels, prayer times, calculation-method choices, Fiqh or madhab choices, or user-entered content to Crashlytics custom data.

Notifications and alarms

Prayer Alert uses notification, exact-alarm, and full-screen alarm features to present prayer alerts and user-configured advance reminders. These features may require Android permissions or special access. Alarm settings and reminder lead time are stored locally. Notifications are functional, not advertising or promotional messages.

Data sharing and service providers

Entegrators does not sell personal data. Google/Firebase processes the limited analytics, identifiers, crash logs, and technical information described above to provide analytics and diagnostic services. A device’s configured Android geocoding provider may process coordinates as described in the Android geocoding section. Google Play may process technical information when checking for and delivering in-app updates under Google’s own terms and privacy practices.

Prayer Alert does not collect financial, health, contact, message, photo, audio, account, or profile information.

Advertising and Advertising ID

Prayer Alert displays no advertising, includes no advertising SDK, and does not use the Android Advertising ID.

Data retention

Local settings, coordinates, and the location label remain on the device until you clear Prayer Alert’s app storage or uninstall the app. Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics information is retained according to the Firebase retention settings configured for the project and applicable Google/Firebase provider policies. We do not state a fixed period because different Firebase data types and settings may use different retention behavior.

Data security

Local information is stored using Android app storage protections. Data sent to Firebase, Google Play, or a device geocoding provider is encrypted in transit where supported. We use reasonable safeguards, but no device, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

User choices and permissions

• Decline location permission and enter coordinates manually.
• Review or revoke location and notification permissions in Android Settings.
• Review exact-alarm and full-screen notification access in Android Settings where supported.
• Change calculation method, Fiqh override, madhab, alarms, reminders, and display preferences in Prayer Alert.
• Clear local app storage or uninstall Prayer Alert to remove locally stored data.

Data deletion

Prayer Alert has no user accounts. To delete locally stored data, openAndroid Settings → Apps → Prayer Alert → Storage & cache → Clear storage. Uninstalling Prayer Alert also removes its locally stored app data.

For questions about deletion of remotely collected Firebase analytics or diagnostics, email support@entegrators.com. Because Prayer Alert does not collect account email addresses and Firebase data may use anonymous or app-instance identifiers, Entegrators may not be able to link particular Firebase records to a specific individual. Children’s privacy

Prayer Alert is intended for a general audience aged 13 and over. It is not directed to children under 13, and Entegrators does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the app.

International processing

Google/Firebase and other device-selected service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Processing locations and protections may differ depending on the provider and service configuration.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when Prayer Alert, its service providers, or relevant requirements change. We will revise the effective date when an updated policy is published and may provide additional notice in the app where appropriate.
