Word2PDF Terms of Use

Acceptance and service

These terms govern Word2PDF, package com.entegrators.wordtopdf, provided by Entegrators. By using the app, you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, stop using it. Word2PDF converts .docx documents into PDFs on your Android device and provides open, share, save, and convert-again features. This first production release is version 1.0.0 (version code 1).

Conversion accuracy and limitations

A converted PDF may differ from the document’s appearance in Word. Headers and footers, footnotes, charts, SmartArt, embedded fonts, and some complex layouts are not reproduced. Legacy .doc files and password-protected documents are not supported.

Review important PDFs for accuracy and completeness before using or sharing them. Keep your original documents and independent copies of important files. Conversion may fail or produce incomplete results, and output is not guaranteed to suit every purpose.

Your responsibility and ownership

You must have the rights, permissions, and consent needed to convert and share your documents. Use the app lawfully and respect copyright, confidentiality, privacy, and the rights of others.

You keep ownership of your documents and generated PDFs. Entegrators claims no rights to them.

Watermark labels

Draft, Confidential, and Copy watermarks are visual labels only. They do not encrypt, protect, or restrict a PDF and do not prevent copying, printing, sharing, or modification. A Confidential label does not provide access control.

Local files, Downloads, and backup

The app keeps converted PDFs, retained .docx copies, history, and settings in private app storage. Save to Files app is on by default and also writes PDFs to Downloads/Word2PDF. Those copies remain after clearing history or uninstalling.

Deleting a conversion, clearing history or storage, or uninstalling can remove private files. Maintain independent copies before taking these actions. If Android device backup is enabled, the platform may back up app data under its own settings and terms. You manage Downloads copies and device backups separately.

Optional analytics and third-party services

Usage analytics is off by default and requires your permission. You can change it through Settings → Usage analytics. The Privacy Policy explains Google Analytics for Firebase processing and your choices.

Apps you select through Open File or Share and Google’s services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Entegrators does not control those apps or device-backup services.

Acceptable use

Do not use Word2PDF for illegal content or to infringe others’ rights. Do not interfere with the app’s security or operation, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Availability, updates, and feature changes

Entegrators may update, change, suspend, or remove features or discontinue the app. Availability, uninterrupted operation, and compatibility with every Android device or document are not guaranteed.

Warranty disclaimer

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Word2PDF is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of error-free operation, accurate or complete conversion, preservation of every file, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or statutory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Entegrators is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use Word2PDF, including lost or deleted files, inaccurate or incomplete conversions, or reliance on output unsuitable for your purpose. This limitation does not exclude or limit liability where prohibited by applicable law.

Application intellectual property

Word2PDF’s original application code, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Entegrators. Fonts and third-party libraries remain subject to their own licences. These rights in the application do not affect your ownership of your documents and PDFs.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as Word2PDF changes. Updated terms will be published at this URL with an updated effective/revision date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app where appropriate. You can stop using the app at any time.
